The CTI Symposium 2025 in Berlin is a leading international gathering of automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology innovators, making it a high-impact stage for visibility, credibility, and first business conversations. Seeing this as a strategic opportunity, I took end-to-end ownership of the company’s presence at the event, shaping not just what we presented, but how we were perceived.
Description
I designed all key marketing materials from flyers and exhibition banners to visual assets while also refining the co-founder’s presentation to ensure every touchpoint aligned seamlessly with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
Beyond the visuals, I coordinated the full exhibition workflow, prepared presentations, and ensured a smooth on-site experience for both the team and visitors. To extend the impact beyond the booth, I executed targeted email campaigns and proactive outreach, bringing the brand directly to relevant decision-makers.
The result was strong engagement on-site, increased brand recognition, and 20+ qualified leads, turning visibility into tangible business momentum.
